Some of the objectives of the Preserves CRN are:

  • To observe the evolution and qualification needs of the agri-food production sector and of the vegetable canning sector in particular, and to contribute to the updating and development of vocational training in order to adapt it to these needs.
  • To apply and experiment innovation projects in the field of vocational training with regard to the provision of training actions, information and vocational guidance, assessment and accreditation of professional competences and others with value for the National System of Qualifications and Vocational Training.
  • To serve as a link between the training and innovation institutions and the productive sector of plant canning, promoting communication and dissemination of knowledge in the field of vocational training.
  • To provide the National System of Qualifications and Vocational Training with the information it requires for its operation and improvement.
