The aim of the 3D and multimedia catalogue of machinery and equipment is to provide an educational tool for teachers and trainers with which they can present in an innovative and updated way the machinery and equipment used in the professional field of vegetable preserves, as well as their characteristics, operation, applications, safety elements, regulations and maintenance.
The aim is to achieve this objective through the use of the different technologies available, without ruling out any of them a priori. It will be the educational community, with its opinions and suggestions, that will guide us in one technological direction or another when it comes to incorporating elements into this catalogue.
